Bilingual English and Spanish Position Overview Stay Connected Management is hiring a full-time Bilingual Retail Sales & Enrollment Associate to represent a renewable-energy campaign inside established retail partner locations throughout the Addison area. This is an in-person, customer-facing sales position. Associates engage with English- and Spanish-speaking shoppers, explain available residential energy options, answer customer questions, and assist qualified customers with completing service enrollments. This position does not involve door-to-door sales, telemarketing, or remote work. All customer interactions take place in person inside assigned retail locations. Candidates must be comfortable approaching customers, explaining service information accurately in both English and Spanish, and working toward individual and team sales goals. This position is employed by Stay Connected Management, an independent sales company representing a renewable-energy client. It is not direct employment with the energy provider or retail store. Responsibilities Engage with English- and Spanish-speaking customers inside assigned retail partner locations Educate customers about available residential renewable-energy services Explain program details, pricing information, and enrollment requirements accurately Ask questions to understand each customer's household energy needs Determine customer interest and program eligibility Assist qualified customers with completing service enrollments Translate and communicate program information in English and Spanish Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales and enrollment goals Maintain current knowledge of services, promotions, and enrollment guidelines Attend required meetings, sales training, and performance coaching Follow Stay Connected Management, retailer, client, and regulatory compliance standards Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed enrollments Represent Stay Connected Management and its client professionally Compensation and Employment Full-time W-2 employment Base pay of $500-$600 per week, based on experience Opportunity to earn additional commissions Performance-based bonuses and incentives Weekly pay Paid training Advancement opportunities based on performance and leadership ability The weekly base pay is separate from commissions, bonuses, and incentives. Total earnings will vary based on individual sales performance and earned incentives.
