Due to growth in the North American Operations at Beckers we are seeking a confident individual to join the team as our Sales Support Associate in Bensenville, IL. This position will be required to be onsite 5 days a week. Local candidates only - no relocation will be provided. Who are we?

Job DescriptionEssential Duties/FunctionsEssential Duties are those that are critical, integral, necessary, crucial, primary, and/or fundamental. These essential functions are the basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform.

Sales Support & Order ProcessingEnter first time order items accurately into the ERP/CRM system, ensuring all required documentation and set-up is completeAssist with customer onboarding and internal coordination for new accountsSupport Sales Team with day-to-day administrative tasksSales Reporting & AnalysisPrepare recurring and ad hoc sales reports (by product, region, customer, or business manager)Analyze sales data to identify trends, variances, and opportunitiesMaintain sales dashboards and reporting tools as neededPricing & DocumentationAssist with pricing setup, updates, and maintenanceComplete and maintain pricing sheets, product data sheets, and sales documentationSupport margin analysis and pricing consistency effortsProcess Improvement & Team SupportHelp document, organize, and improve sales processes and workflowsAssist in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales teamIdentify opportunities for efficiency and data accuracy improvementsCross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillmentSupport internal communication related to product availability, pricing, and customer requirements QualificationsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred)0-3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, data analysis, or a related roleInternship or co-op experience in manufacturing, chemicals, or industrial sales is a plusStrong relating (overcoming no trust) and discovery (overcoming no need) skills.

Ability and willingness to travel. Valid driving license required. Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong attention to detail and data accuracyAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales dataProficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with CRM or ERP systems preferredClear written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentInterest in learning technical products and industrial marketsAbility to work under pressure, while maintaining a tactful and professional demeanorTo recognize that health and safety is a responsibility of every employee and to take reasonable care of oneself and others and to comply with Beckers Health and Safety policy and any Beckers procedures/rules that apply to the role. All employees have the responsibility to highlight unsafe conditions and EHS Managers, Officers, Supervisors and above have the responsibility to shut down any activity if it is operating in an unsafe condition.
