We're currently hiring an Events Team Member to support retail-based marketing campaigns for nationally recognized brands and community-focused initiatives. This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training, perfect for someone looking to build experience in marketing, promotions, customer engagement, and sales. Some campaigns may also support charitable organizations and awareness initiatives within the local community.

What You'll Do:

Represent client brands at in-store retail events and pop-up activations Engage with shoppers and create a positive, high-energy experience Share current promotions, products, services, and occasional community initiatives in a clear and engaging way Assist with event setup, breakdown, and coordination Help guide interested customers through next steps (sign-ups, inquiries, donations, etc.) Track daily activity and performance metrics Work closely with team members to hit campaign goals

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills Outgoing, confident, and approachable personality Comfortable working in a busy retail, customer-facing environment Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to work full-time and reliably commute to local retail locations Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or events is a plus (not required)
