Job Summary Broadway Jewelry & Rare Coins is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties Engage with customers and support them throughout the sales process Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service Create, manage, and update online product listings Use computers and standard office tools for daily operations Assist with pricing, transactions, and basic math calculations Handle merchandise with care and maintain strong attention to detail Support light cleaning and general organization of the store and office Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations What We're Looking For Someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn Strong team player with a positive attitude Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable with basic math and numbers Proficient and confident using computers Proffesional appearance and communication skills Strong customer service mindset Experience in jewelry, coins, retail, or sales is a plus, but not required.
