You will assist customers in selecting and customizing fragrances at our unique perfume bar, where we create personalized scents for our clients. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their preferences and needs. Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales transactions accurately at the cash register. Manage cash register operations, including handling cash, credit card payments, and issuing receipts. Use organizational skills to maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor and ensure product displays are attractive and organized. Communicate effectively with customers over the phone to answer inquiries about products or services. Provide expert guidance on our range of products including perfumes, colognes, incense, oils, lotions, and candles. Facilitate the creation of custom fragrances at our perfume bar by mixing ingredients according to client preferences. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies to enhance customer experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming store environment. Experience Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; a passion for customer service and beauty products is essential. Familiarity with POS systems or cash register operations is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are important for maintaining a tidy sales area. Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers both in person and over the phone. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing attentive service.
