We are a unique boutique offering Merle Norman cosmetics and skincare, wigs, clothing, jewelry, accessories, and gifts. Our customers value personalized attention and knowledgeable, friendly service. We take the time to help each customer find products that are right for her—not simply make a sale. This position is a great fit for someone who:

• Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a small, close-knit team Schedule Requirements - Please Read Carefully This is a part-time position, approximately 1-3 full days per week. We are specifically looking for someone who is available to work full shifts:

Weekdays:

10:00 AM-6:00 PM

Saturdays:

10:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Availability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month is required when needed.
• We are not looking for someone who is only available for a few hours at a time. We understand that a part-time schedule needs to work with your life, and we are happy to discuss a consistent schedule based on your availability. Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and provide exceptional, personalized customer service
• Help customers select cosmetics, skincare, wigs, clothing, jewelry, and gifts based on their individual needs
• Provide product recommendations and demonstrations
• Learn and stay knowledgeable about Merle Norman products and other merchandise we carry
• Assist customers with wig selections and provide a welcoming, supportive experience
• Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
• Make thoughtful recommendations and confidently suggest additional products when appropriate
• Process sales and cash transactions accurately
• Keep the store clean, organized, and beautifully merchandised
• Restock products and assist with inventory
• Help with special events, promotions, and social media activities when needed Wig Sales Commission After completing our wig training, you will have the opportunity to earn commission on wig sales in addition to your hourly pay. You don't need previous wig experience—we will train the right person! Qualifications
• Previous retail or beauty/cosmetics sales experience is preferred but not required
• A genuine interest in makeup, skincare, beauty, fashion, or retail
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Comfortable making recommendations and talking with customers
• Reliable and dependable
• Able to work independently
• Comfortable learning new products and techniques
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• A positive, professional attitude Compensation $15-$16 per hour, depending on experience, PLUS commission on wig sales after training is completed.
