The Total Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Mobile Generation Prepaid will be responsible for: Provide outstanding customer service in every interaction Sell Total Wireless phones, plans, and accessories Support multiple store locations as needed within your district Assist customers with activations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and account needs Meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs Follow company sales process and retail standards Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards Work collaboratively with managers and team members Represent the brand with professionalism and positive energy Mobile Generation Prepaid is looking for candidates with: 1 year or more of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Pre-Paid Wireless business or other Wireless business. Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products and customer service. Ability to travel to our various locations in Chicago as business needs dictate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual Spanish may be required based on location Be self-motivated and goal oriented Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule. Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
