Duties Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on powertrain components, transmissions, diesel engines, and other mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and alignment machinery to execute repairs efficiently and precisely. Service and maintain vehicles by replacing parts, adjusting systems, and performing routine maintenance tasks to maximize vehicle longevity. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical systems and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Complete auto estimating and documentation for repairs while maintaining detailed service records for each vehicle serviced. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly, answering questions professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. In-depth knowledge of automotive electrical systems, ADAS technology, powertrain components, transmissions, and diesel engine repair. Skilled in reading schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues efficiently. Mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and alignment machinery. Service technician experience with a focus on vehicle maintenance, auto estimating, and automotive service best practices. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach to ensure positive interactions and service excellence.
