$15.50-$16.25 per hour + Commission Boost Mobile by Mission Wireless is hiring a Bilingual Sales Associate (Spanish/English) for our Crystal Lake and Woodstock, Illinois locations. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, learning about cell phones and technology, and earning additional income through sales commissions. No wireless or sales experience? No problem! We provide paid, on-the-job training and will teach the right candidate everything they need to know. What You'll Do Help customers with phone activations, upgrades, and bill payments Provide friendly and professional customer service Help customers choose phones, accessories, and wireless plans that fit their needs Recommend and upsell products and services Learn and use Boost Mobile and store point-of-sale systems Assist customers with basic phone setup and questions Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store Work toward individual and store sales goals What We're Looking For Bilingual Spanish/English required Must be 18 years or older Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers Strong communication and people skills Dependable and able to work scheduled shifts Willing to learn about smartphones, wireless plans, and new technology Motivated by sales goals and commission opportunities Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Store Hours Monday-Saturday:

10:00 AM-7:00

PM Sunday:

11:00 AM-4:30 PM Availability during store hours, including some weekends, is required. Specific schedules may vary.
