In this entry-level, customer-facing position, you will speak with customers in person, learn about their wireless and internet needs, explain available products and service options, and help them select solutions that fit their preferences and budget. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity involving direct customer interaction at assigned locations throughout the local market. No previous wireless or telecommunications experience is required. We provide product knowledge support, ongoing coaching, and hands-on experience to help new team members become confident in the role.
