AT&T Sales Associate:

Meet directly with small and mid-sized business customers in the Schaumburg area. Learn about their current services phone, internet, wireless, and offer AT&T solutions that provide better value and performance. Clearly communicate the benefits, pricing, and plan options available through AT&T. Adapt your messaging to each customer's business needs and pain points. Track and manage leads in the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups. Attend daily team huddles to stay aligned on goals, share feedback, and improve sales strategies. Address customer concerns or objections and offer appropriate solutions or incentives. Ensure customers have a smooth onboarding experience after enrollment. Regularly evaluate your performance and work with team leaders to refine your approach. What We're Looking For in the

AT&T Sales Associate:

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus, but not required. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales environment. Able to stand for extended periods and travel locally throughout the workday. Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our office daily. Full-time availability with the ability to start immediately. Fluency in English and Spanish to communicate with a wide range of customers is a plus!
