Weekly Start Your Career in Sales Catalyst Corp is expanding its Chicagoland retail sales team and hiring full-time Entry Level Sales Agents in the Elgin area. In this position, you will represent an AT&T campaign inside established retail partner locations. You will speak directly with shoppers, learn about their current wireless and connectivity needs, explain available AT&T products and services, and assist interested customers with completing purchases and service enrollments. This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training and ongoing coaching. Previous wireless sales experience is not required. We are looking for dependable, outgoing people who are comfortable starting conversations and motivated to improve their sales skills. All customer interactions take place face-to-face inside assigned retail locations. This is not a remote or call-center position. Employees are hired and paid directly by Catalyst Corp. Catalyst Corp is an independent sales company representing an AT&T campaign. This is not direct employment with AT&T or the participating retail store. What You'll Do Speak with customers inside assigned retail partner locations Ask questions to understand customers' wireless, mobile, and connectivity needs Explain available AT&T plans, devices, upgrades, and service options Provide accurate information about current pricing and promotions Recommend services based on each customer's needs Complete customer purchases and service enrollments accurately Maintain professional and compliant customer interactions Work toward individual and team sales goals Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings Stay informed about current products, services, and promotional offers Maintain accurate customer and sales documentation Represent Catalyst Corp and its client professionally Pay and Employment Full-time W-2 employment Base pay of $800-$900 per week, based on experience Additional commission opportunity Weekly pay Paid training Ongoing sales and product coaching Opportunity for advancement based on performance and leadership ability The weekly base pay is separate from commissions. Total compensation will vary based on individual sales performance and commissions earned.
