Stratitude Consulting is hiring a Wireless Sales Team Member to support our growing telecommunications campaign. What a Wireless Sales Team Member Does Speak directly with customers about available wireless and internet products, services, and promotions Explain plans, pricing, device features, and current offers in a clear, confident, and easy-to-understand way Learn about each customer's needs and recommend personalized products and service options Assist customers with new account activations, upgrades, service changes, and account management Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to completed enrollment while providing a positive customer experience Build lasting relationships by delivering excellent customer service before, during, and after each sale Maintain accurate customer information and keep organized records of interactions and completed transactions Participate in ongoing sales training, product education, and professional development opportunities to continually improve your skills As a Wireless Sales Team Member, you'll work directly with customers, helping them understand wireless and internet service options, answering questions, and guiding them through the sales and account setup process. This Wireless Sales Team Member role is built for someone who wants to gain real experience in sales, customer service, and account support. What We're Looking For in a Wireless Sales Team Member Someone who enjoys talking with customers and building genuine relationships Has strong verbal communication and active listening skills Adaptable, coachable, and open to feedback and continuous learning Maintains a positive attitude and professional demeanor throughout the day Has customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience (preferred but not required) At Stratitude Consulting, our Wireless Sales Team Member is the front line of our growth.
