Lead Associate Galena Apothecary is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused professional to join our team. This is a key role at the shop and requires someone who understands the importance of thoughtful customer service, product knowledge and maintaining a welcoming, clean and well-run sales floor. Primary Responsibilities include : Making thoughtful recommendations to customers. Keeping the store clean and tidy. Restocking, merchandising, order intake and inventory. Mastering product knowledge in order to speak confidently about our products. Managing a seasonal calendar for displays and social media. Operating POS System (Square); opening and closing procedures. Assisting with onboarding and training new team members. Special projects as assigned.

Requirements :

Must be friendly and comfortable speaking with customers. Must take initiative and work well independently and as a team. 35-40 hours per week including weekends and holidays. Excellent communication, written and verbal skills. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 30 lbs.

Compensation Includes:
