Manage stock levels by assisting with stocking shelves and merchandising products to maximize visual appeal. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring proper cash drawer handling and adherence to cash register operations. Use POS (Point of Sale) systems proficiently to process transactions, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy. Demonstrate strong communication skills by engaging with bilingual customers and maintaining professional phone etiquette when needed. Support store goals by promoting sales initiatives and participating in merchandising efforts to enhance store presentation. Assist in inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and inventory counts, especially in grocery or retail environments.
