Guest Services Associate (1 Part Time, 1 Full Time) Therapeutic Kneads, Ltd., a reputable and professional massage therapy clinic located in Downtown Highland Park, IL, has an opening for a part-time and a full-time Guest Services Associate to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving client retention and educating clients on the benefits of regular massage. Building client relationships through customer service, promotion of services, packages, and products, managing appointment book and open/closing register and running reports will also be core responsibilities of this position. What You Will Do:

Providing a smooth check-in and check-out for client service(s). Scheduling appointments accurately and managing guest flow to ensure productivity. Answer phones, emails, texts promptly and handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously. Assist with retail recommendations and actively promote packages, and Wellness Plans, service offerings & promotions. Resolve guest challenges in a professional manner to a client's satisfaction. Work with Front Desk Management on marketing projects, inventory, restocking products. Attend and actively participate in monthly staff meetings, one-on-ones, and daily huddles. Deliver an outstanding experience through every client touchpoint.

Part Time schedule:

Sunday, Monday and Tuesdays 9-5:30 Full Time schedule: Wednesday-Saturdays (times vary 9-7) Schedules are subject to change

What You Will Bring:

Customer service experience in health or spa environment preferred. Ability to multitask, be organized and detail oriented. High level of comfort using computers with the ability to learn new systems. Knowledge in Microsoft Office & Meevo 2 preferred. Problem-solving and critical thinking to handle client/staff issues for good outcomes. Understands the business of Therapeutic Kneads, Ltd. and can utilize Key Performance Indicators to drive positive business performance & profitability. Is self-motivated and a go getter. Accountable, punctual, and reflects the Brand. Willingness to help team members and do what it takes to make everyone successful. Dedication to growth & development, sharing your enthusiasm to expand knowledge/skill sets. Able to work independently and collaboratively.
