What You'll Do Educate customers on premium baby gear, furniture, and registry options Build relationships and become a trusted resource for expecting and new parents Follow up with customers after store visits, demonstrations, and appointments Deliver an exceptional customer experience both in-store and over the phone/email Help customers make informed decisions—not push products Work closely with ownership on improving sales processes and customer engagement Support store events, registry appointments, and special projects Contribute ideas that help us continue growing and improving What We're Looking For Proven sales experience with a strong customer-service mindset Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Someone who enjoys educating rather than hard selling Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable following up with customers and managing multiple opportunities Positive attitude and willingness to learn Retail, luxury retail, furniture, design, hospitality, or consultative sales experience is a plus Why Join Us?
