Job Description
Overview Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Handle shipping and receiving tasks using UPS systems Offer solutions for packing, mailing, printing, and other business services Ring up sales and manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions Promote store services like mailbox rentals, notary services, or printing solutions Pack items securely using appropriate materials Determine best shipping options for customers Label and prepare outgoing shipments Operate office equipment (copiers, fax machines, computers) Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store Stock supplies and maintain inventory Experience Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries. Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and sales transactions.
