Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a positive and friendly attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Helping to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives in a team-oriented environment Proficiency of RetailPro POS system and Woocommerce E-Commerce Site Provide outstanding customer service for both in-person retail as well as e-commerce sales; individual should be comfortable engaging with customers, responding to questions, and improving engagement with merchandise both in person and over the phone Providing customers with educated information when selecting merchandise Sending quotes, invoices, and product information over email Processing daily receipts, answering the phone, taking messages Receiving and shipping of customer orders; individual should be comfortable lifting up to 15 pounds Handle returning, refunding and exchange processing for customer orders Helping to maintain proper Bedside Manor Ltd store appearance via merchandising Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction and store appearance in a fast-paced environment Communicating with the Store Manager on matters in the store Producing monthly e-commerce sales reports Assisting with office tasks such as printing of invoices, reviewing and approving companywide purchase orders The Ideal Candidate
