Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions and cash handling Perform stock replenishment and merchandising tasks to maintain attractive product displays Conduct product demos and upselling to enhance customer engagement and increase sales opportunities Support inventory management through stocking shelves, organizing backstock, and conducting stock counts Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Assist with store cleanliness, organization, and maintaining safety standards throughout the retail space Skills Previous retail sales or grocery store experience preferred; familiarity with retail store product knowledge is a plus Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer needs effectively Experience with POS systems, cash register operations, and basic math for accurate transactions Demonstrated cashiering skills, including cash drawer handling and retail math proficiency Supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous for supporting team efforts Ability to perform merchandising tasks and assist with product demos confidently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
