- Supervision of shop and field service technicians.
- Scope development and labor estimates for service work.
- Execution of service work in accordance with IPEG management System. This includes accurate documentation of the work performed.
- Performing warranty evaluations.
- Maintain a full understanding of service-related procedures and business policies.
- Ability to use SAP system.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school or mechanical certification preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on experience with rotating equipment repair in an industrial environment.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
- Proficient in using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, dial indicators).
- Strong understanding of mechanical fits, tolerances, and alignment procedures.
- Familiar with API, ANSI, and OEM standards related to rotating equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics and engineering drawings.
- Work performed in shop and/or field settings with exposure to noise, grease, and rotating machinery.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
- Strong knowledge of word, Excel, Power point and outlook.
- Strong organizational and management skills, along with cohesive team building skills.
