Job Description

Competitive Pay:
This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $50.00 /hr. to $70.00 /hr., depending on experience and qualifications. Ready to turn your skills into a career you love? What You'll Do:
Supervision of shop and field service technicians. Scope development and labor estimates for service work. Execution of service work in accordance with IPEG management System. This includes accurate documentation of the work performed. Performing warranty evaluations. Maintain a full understanding of service-related procedures and business policies. Ability to use SAP system. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or GED required; technical school or mechanical certification preferred. Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on experience with rotating equipment repair in an industrial environment. At least 1-2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred. Proficient in using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, dial indicators). Strong understanding of mechanical fits, tolerances, and alignment procedures. Familiar with API, ANSI, and OEM standards related to rotating equipment. Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics and engineering drawings. Work performed in shop and/or field settings with exposure to noise, grease, and rotating machinery. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments. Strong knowledge of word, Excel, Power point and outlook. Strong organizational and management skills, along with cohesive team building skills. May be required to work overtime or on call based on job demands. This is a 24/7 location.
