Goodwill of the Heartland is the place for you! We are looking to hire a Full-time Retail Team Member for our Moline Store ! The Retail Team Member provides excellent customer service to everyone they encounter - Other Goodwill team members, customers, and donors. This position is active and has a varietyof responsibilities, so the day goes quickly for our retail team. Our associates will assist customers at checkout with sales, price and stock merchandise, process donations to meet production goals for the sales floor or our warehouse and assist with keeping the store clean and organized.

Position Requirements:

Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, though the average weight of donation processing is 20 lbs. Must be able to bend, push, pull, and stand. Retail experience is preferred but not required. Successful completion of the background screening (sex offender registry) The Retail Service Specialist position has a starting wage of $15 per hour, plus incentive pay based on the store's performance . We are looking for candidates that can work a varied schedule and up to 40 hours per week. Shifts can be scheduled between the hours of 8a - 730p and the duration can vary depending on store needs. There may be situations in which we consider more specific availability. Candidates must have weekend availability as working every other weekend is required. Goodwill has great benefits!
