RETAIL STORE ASSOCIATE

What You'll Do Welcome and assist guests with a smile Take orders, process payments, and handle cash accurately Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge Package cupcakes, cakes, and other bakery items Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries Restock products and maintain a clean, organized store Help the team during busy periods What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and dependable Strong customer service skills Positive team player with a great attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to stand for extended periods Basic math and cash-handling skills Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
