What You'll Be Doing:

Key Responsibilities The Customer Experience Guru:

Deliver best-in-class customer service, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for every patron.

The Product Expert:

Guide customers through our premium product selection, offering accurate, knowledgeable, and tailored recommendations based on individual needs and wellness goals.

Compliance Champion:

Diligently maintain strict adherence to all state/local cannabis regulations, company policies, and security procedures.

Transaction Specialist:

Accurately process sales, handle cash and electronic transactions using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, and ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Store Operations Support:

Assist with merchandising, maintaining organized displays/menus, stocking, and ensuring a consistently clean and organized sales floor.

Team Collaboration:

Actively participate in inventory management, daily opening/closing procedures, and cross-functional store needs.

Qualifications:

What You'll Bring Must be 21 years of age or older (required for cannabis retail in Illinois). High School Diploma or GED. Exceptional customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented mindset. Strong organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to learn complex product information and state regulations quickly. Basic computer proficiency.

Preferred:

Prior retail experience (especially cannabis retail/POS experience) is a major plus!
