HOTWORX Park Ridge is hiring Trainer Sales Associates. We're a 24-hour infrared fitness studio in the Village Green Shopping Center that opened in April. We're growing fast and we're building a team of people who show up, bring energy, and take pride in doing the job well. This is a sales and hospitality role in a fitness environment. You are the first person a prospective member meets. You give the tour, you explain the workout, you sign them up, and you keep them coming back. If you like people, like fitness, and like getting paid more when you perform, this is a strong fit. What you'll do Greet every guest and member by name and run a great front-of-house experience Give studio tours and convert walk-ins, online leads, and referrals into members Follow up on leads by phone and text — quickly and consistently Book and confirm guest appointments; hit a daily guest target Complete membership agreements accurately and handle billing questions Keep the studio spotless: sauna sanitation, towels, retail displays, restocking Post and engage on studio social media Support in-studio events, promotions, and local outreach Track your own numbers and know where you stand every day What we're looking for Reliability above everything. You show up on time, every scheduled shift, and you communicate early if something changes. Genuine energy. Members feel it the second they walk in. Comfort asking for the sale. You'll be trained, but you have to be willing. Strong phone and text communication — no fear of picking up the phone Ability to work independently during staffed hours Basic computer/POS comfort Must be able to work in a heated studio environment (infrared saunas run warm) 18+ and legally authorized to work in the US CPR/AED/First Aid certification required — we'll help you get certified if you aren't Nice to have (not required) Sales, retail, hospitality, or front desk experience Fitness industry background or a personal fitness practice Bilingual (Spanish or Polish a plus in our market) Schedule Staffed hours are Monday-Thursday 11:00am-8:00pm and Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, with weekend shifts available. We build the schedule around a consistent weekly commitment — we're not looking for people who need a different schedule every week. Pay & benefits $17.00/hour starting base Commission on every membership you personally sell — 15% of collected revenue up to your monthly EFT target, and 30% above it . Top performers earn meaningfully more than base.
