Plainfield Pet Resort is hiring a Part-Time Pet Resort Sales & Guest Services Associate to help turn inquiries into reservations while providing an excellent experience for our clients. This role combines sales, reservations, and guest service . We're looking for someone who is comfortable recommending services, explaining their value, and asking customers to book. What You'll Do Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries Help pet parents choose the right boarding, daycare, and grooming services Convert inquiries and leads into booked reservations Recommend boarding upgrades, daycare packages, grooming services, and other appropriate add-ons Follow up with prospective and existing customers about services and reservations Explain current packages, promotions, and special offers Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience Give resort tours to prospective clients Assist with local events and promotional activities Safely and comfortably interact with dogs and cats of different sizes and temperaments Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Friendly, energetic, and comfortable starting conversations Confident asking customers for the sale Persuasive without being pushy Comfortable talking on the phone and following up with leads Able to multitask in a busy environment Dependable and professional Comfortable around both dogs and cats Motivated by helping customers while contributing to sales growth Available to work weekends Experience in inside sales, hospitality, reservations, retail sales, customer service, or the pet-care industry is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person.

Schedule Part-time:
