WHAT YOU'LL BE SELLING
This isn't commodity retail sales. Some customers may need a $10 fitting. Others may need a complete professional washing system worth tens of thousands of dollars. You'll help customers determine the right solution based on: Their business The work they're performing Residential vs. commercial work Current equipment Crew size Production requirements Growth plans Efficiency goals Budget Financing needs Your responsibility is to understand the customer before recommending the equipment.
WE DON'T WANT ORDER TAKERS.

Anybody can ask:
"What do you want to buy?" A great salesperson asks: "Tell me about your business." "What type of work are you doing?" "What equipment are you currently running?" "What's slowing you down?" "Where are you trying to take the company?" Then they build the right solution.
