If you're personable, motivated, and not afraid to talk to strangers, this is for you. What you'll do: Open and close the studio, including daily operational checklists Keep the studio spotless: cleaning saunas, floors, bathrooms, and common areas Greet members and guests with energy and enthusiasm Lead tours and educate guests on the HOTWORX concept and memberships Sell memberships, retail, and promotions with confidence Follow up with leads via phone, text, and in-studio conversations Support marketing efforts, events, and team initiatives What we're looking for: High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic Comfortable with sales and goal-based environments Personable, outgoing, and confident communicating with others Fitness or wellness experience preferred (but not required) Sales or customer service experience a plus Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
