What You'll Do Greet and build rapport with customers—be the friendly face that guides them to the perfect home solution. Educate shoppers on our furniture, appliance, and mattress selections—highlighting features, benefits, and financing options. Listen actively to customer needs and recommend products that fit their lifestyle and budget. Maintain an organized, attractive showroom—keep displays fresh, stock levels accurate, and promotional signage up to date. Collaborate with team members to hit monthly sales targets and drive store‑wide success. Process sales transactions, handle paperwork, and ensure a seamless customer experience from browse to delivery.
