For this opportunity, you'll represent the Just Energy campaign and help customers learn about available energy options. Just Energy provides electricity and natural gas solutions to residential and commercial customers, including options available to customers in Illinois. We're looking for a Retail Representative who is comfortable speaking with people, willing to learn, and ready to contribute in a customer-facing environment. This is a hands-on role where communication, professionalism, and consistency are important. What You'll Do as a Retail Representative Engage with customers in a retail setting and introduce relevant Just Energy products and services. Start conversations, ask questions, and listen carefully to understand customer needs. Explain available energy options, promotions, and service information in a clear and professional manner. Answer customer questions and provide accurate information throughout the interaction. Support customer enrollment and acquisition initiatives while working toward campaign objectives. Maintain accurate customer information and follow established campaign procedures. Participate in team meetings, coaching, and development activities to strengthen customer service and communication skills. What We're Looking For in a Retail Representative Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with customers in a retail environment. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach. Willingness to learn products, services, and campaign processes. Dependable work ethic with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
