Kilwins Burr Ridge is hiring friendly and energetic team members to join our new location in the Burr Ridge Village Center! Kilwins Burr Ridge is looking for part-time crew members who are available to work weekday daytime and evening shifts, as well as some weekend availability, with flexibility to work around other obligations such as school or other jobs. This is not a seasonal position. During busy seasons, crew members are expected to work at least two weekends a month. We are seeking candidates who are upbeat and friendly, reliable, good with people, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. We offer a fun work environment with flexible hours and on-the-job training. Basic Employee Functions Must be available to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts Must be able to communicate clearly with customers and staff Must be able to follow company policies and procedures Must be able to follow recipes and product preparation instructions Must be able to review and record basic store information when required Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to operate cash register and POS system. Must be able to perform repetitive tasks such as scooping ice cream and packaging products Must be able to reach items from low shelves and overhead storage Must be able to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store Must follow all food safety and sanitation practices
