We're looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Associate to join our small team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, appreciates a thoughtfully designed space, and loves helping people. Rather than a traditional sales role, this position is centered around caring for the shop and creating a warm, inviting environment for every customer. Responsibilities Open and close the store Welcome and assist customers Answer questions about merchandise Process purchases through the point-of-sale system Maintain the appearance of the shop throughout the day Light cleaning and daily upkeep Help create a friendly, relaxed shopping experience Engage in product knowledge training to stay informed about store offerings, including grocery or specialty items if applicable Assist in supervising team members when needed, ensuring smooth store operations and excellent customer service Schedule Part-time (1-4 days per week)

Wednesday-Saturday:

11:00 AM-6:00

PM Sunday:

11:00 AM-5:00 PM Scheduling is flexible whenever possible and based on each team member's availability and preferences. Qualifications Friendly, approachable, and dependable Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Interest in fashion or vintage clothing is a plus, but not required Retail experience is helpful but not required We strive to create an environment that feels less like work and more like spending the day playing dress-up with amazing women.
