We are looking for friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associates to join our team at our Carmel and Noblesville locations . Applicants may work at one location or have the opportunity to work at both. What You'll Do As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll help create the warm, welcoming experience Linden Tree is known for. You'll get to know our products, assist customers in finding just the right thing, and help keep the store beautiful, organized, and ready for shoppers.

Responsibilities include:

Warmly greeting customers and providing attentive, personalized service Helping customers find the perfect gift for any person, occasion, or budget Assisting customers with apparel, jewelry, accessories, home goods, and other boutique merchandise Learning about our brands and products so you can confidently make recommendations Beautifully wrapping customer purchases using our complimentary gift-wrapping service Operating the point-of-sale system and accurately completing customer transactions Receiving, unpacking, tagging, and stocking new merchandise Restocking and maintaining displays throughout the day Keeping the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and back-of-house areas neat and organized Answering customer questions in person and over the phone Working collaboratively with the rest of the Linden Tree team to keep the store running smoothly Assisting with other day-to-day boutique operations as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is naturally friendly, helpful, and comfortable talking with customers. You don't need to know every product on your first day—we're looking for someone who is excited to learn and genuinely enjoys helping people.

Provides warm, thoughtful customer service Enjoys helping people shop and giving recommendations Has an eye for presentation, organization, and detail Is dependable, punctual, and willing to jump in where needed Communicates well with customers and coworkers Is comfortable learning about new products and brands Can work independently while also being a supportive member of a small team Is comfortable being on their feet and assisting with normal retail tasks, including stocking and moving merchandise Has previous retail, boutique, hospitality, or customer service experience; experience is preferred but not required Has experience with Shopify or Shopify POS ; this is a bonus, but not required Why Linden Tree?
