Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate/Loader, where your energy and enthusiasm will drive exceptional customer experiences and ensure smooth store operations. In this role, you will be the friendly face greeting customers, assisting with product demonstrations, and efficiently handling retail sales transactions. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries Operate the cash register (POS system) accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties and loading product with a loader. Organize merchandise, and ensure products are well-presented to maximize sales potential Maintain a clean and organized store environment through effective merchandising and stock replenishment Handle phone inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Assist with loading customer purchases safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods during checkout and loading processes. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus The ability to lift 50# bags the ability to use a forklift or John Deere Loader or similar Strong communication skills, bilingual abilities is a bonus Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions Knowledge of retail store product lines, merchandising techniques, and inventory stocking procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Demonstrated ability to supervise or assist team members in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
