Overview Part-time pro shop/cart attendant position supporting golf club operations and helping create a positive experience for members and guests. The role includes assisting with pro shop activities and cart operations in a seasonal position lasting 6 months or less. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Experience Required High school education or its equivalent Must be able to fluently speak and write English Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds to waist height Frequent bending, turning, kneeling, and stooping Exposure to hot and cold temperatures Must be able to stand for extended periods Repetitive motion required, including computer entry Must be able to operate a golf cart safely Normal vision and hearing required Must be able to work nights and weekends Essential Responsibilities Continually monitors, implements, and adheres to all company goals, policies, procedures, and controls Assists golf professionals with checking in golfers and maintains a properly functioning tee sheet and pace of play Assists with receiving merchandise and adheres to purchase order procedures Assists with the rotation of shop displays Brings carts from the cart barn in the morning and returns them to the cart barn at the end of the day Cleans, fuels, and checks carts after each use Ensures the carts are available for player use at all times Receives and communicates complaints to the Pro Shop Works closely with Pro Shop staff to prepare for and conduct golf tournaments Maintains an organized stock room and assists the buyer and other shop assistants with stock and golf shop cleanliness Assists with pricing of merchandise Assists with maintaining proper inventory counts and levels Performs other duties as requested by the Head Professional Provides service in any and every way; goes the extra mile to provide the standard of service guests expect Benefits Healthcare Benefits - Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)
