☕ Part-Time Coffee Trailer Team Member / Grill Cook Clover & Ivy Coffee Company is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, energetic team member to join us! We're a local coffee trailer serving specialty coffee, refreshing drinks, breakfast foods, and more at farmers markets, events, weddings, parties, and other local gatherings. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can keep up in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing great customer service and quality products! Responsibilities Prepare specialty coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, and other beverages Prepare and cook food items, including breakfast foods and burritos Take customer orders and process payments Provide friendly, welcoming customer service Keep the trailer, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Help with setup and cleanup before and after events Work efficiently during busy periods Assist with other duties as needed What We're Looking For Weekend availability is required Reliable and punctual Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Able to work efficiently in a busy environment Team-oriented and willing to jump in wherever needed Comfortable standing for extended periods Able to lift and carry supplies/equipment as needed Ability to stay calm under pressure during busy events Previous restaurant, coffee shop, food-service, or customer-service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person What We Offer Hourly pay + tips Free shift meal & drink Fun, upbeat work environment Flexible part-time scheduling Opportunity to work a variety of local events Training provided Location Clover & Ivy Coffee Company serves Crawfordsville and surrounding Montgomery County communities , including farmers markets and special events.
