POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a driven, dependable, and highly organized Sales Support Representative to join our team. This position provides essential support to our sales and management teams and is ideal for someone who takes initiative, is highly organized, enjoys a variety of responsibilities, and is committed to the success of the entire team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain accurate and detailed notes within the CRM Support daily sales and management activities Assist with customer communication and follow-up Track open items and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner Help the team meet production goals Perform general office and administrative duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Self-motivated, dependable, and professional Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and follow-through skills Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities and priorities Sales support, customer service, or CRM experience preferred
