It is great if this individual has prior sales experience, however this is not required as on-the-job training will be available when the candidate begins.

Responsibilities:

Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process. Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using current inventory. Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features on the lot. Assist customers in the completion of their sales goals and objectives. Answer the phone when customers call in to inquire about vehicles on the lot. Coordinate with an automated daily planner (CRM tool) in order to organize outgoing phone calls and emails for sales leads. Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot's vehicles and reporting any problems to the Business Manager or Sales Manager. Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.

Qualifications:

Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday. Outgoing and friendly personality, especially while handling objections. Able to overcome customer objections during the sales process. Quality customer service skills and sales track record. Strong interpersonal and communications skills one-on-one and over the phone. Apt in basic business math including percentages. Capable of learning & operating a CRM tool throughout the day and using basic Microsoft Office and proprietary sales programs. Persistent, competitive and good work ethic. Focuses on the customers' needs to enhance dealership and personal sales. Must have a valid driver's license. This position has the opportunity for advancement and growth within the organization.
