Job Summary:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their wireless and technical sales needs, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our retail store.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Conduct sales transactions using a cash register and POS system
• Provide information about products and services to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise
• Process payments and returns accurately
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the store manager
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in wireless or technical sales
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse customer needs
