This Guest Experience Ambassador is an excellent entry point for someone who wants to get hands on experience in a new car dealership environment and a pathway to long term growth. You will be one of the first people customers meet, help create a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience from the moment they arrive. This entry level position opens the door to several career paths within the dealership for the right individual. What your day will look like: Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude as they arrive in the service drive. Assist customers with check-in and direct them to the appropriate service advisor or department. Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles, as needed. Help maintain an organized service lane, parking area, and vehicle flow. Support the service department with vehicle staging, errands, and general dealership tasks.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and team first mindset. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Comfortable working indoors and walking throughout the day.
