Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment, ensuring customers leave satisfied and eager to return. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills, deepen your product knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products related to local meats and products. Stock shelves accurately, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store is clean and inviting. Support inventory management by receiving shipments, organizing stockroom items, and conducting regular stock checks. Assist with merchandising efforts to promote seasonal products and special offers that boost sales. Must be able to lift 50lbs Skills Strong communication skills to connect with customers and understand their needs clearly. Experience with retail sales techniques, cashiering, POS systems, and cash handling procedures is prefered but not required. Excellent organizational skills to manage stocking, inventory tracking, and store presentation. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Familiarity with retail math concepts such as pricing, discounts, and sales calculations enhances performance in this role.
