Responsibilities of Position Ensures that high standards of safety are maintained at the facility. Leads 2nd shift personnel on daily tasks ensuring work is completed on time. Ensures that major equipment is maintained in safe, operable condition Notify management of recurring equipment malfunctions and corrective action taken or supplies needed. Requirements of Position 1-3 Years of Supervisory Experience. Must have Welding and Fit Up Experience. Ability to follow instructions and maintain logical follow-through on all projects. Good physical condition required - some lifting and outside work. Lifting up to 80 pounds, and 50 pounds repetitively. Must be able to perform work using gauges, tape measure and square. Must be able to read, understand and use fabrication drawings.
