Job Description

CORM Consulting is hiring a full-time Verizon Team Member to join our growing sales team in the New Brunswick area. This is a customer-facing, in-person role where you'll meet directly with residential customers, introduce Verizon wireless and home internet services, and help customers choose solutions that fit their needs. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for career growth. As a Verizon Team Member, you'll build relationships with customers, answer questions, explain available plans and promotions, and assist with account enrollments and activations. Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Team Member Connect with residents, introducing Verizon wireless and home internet solutions while helping customers find the services that best fit their needs. Educate customers on Verizon 5G Home Internet, wireless plans, devices, and current promotions. Assist customers with enrollment, ensuring every account is accurate and easy to manage as a Verizon Team Member. Explain available discounts, service options, and account features to help customers make informed decisions. Meet with customers in assigned residential areas and build positive relationships within the community. Build customer loyalty through personalized follow-ups and ongoing care. Minimum Qualifications of the Verizon Team Member High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay organized while managing multiple customer interactions and account details. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment.
Pay:
$1,000.00 - $1,300.00 per week
