GNC is seeking a performance-driven Team Lead for our retail locations. In this role, you'll lead daily store operations, coach associates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences focused on health and wellness. You'll use strong product knowledge in vitamins, supplements, and sports nutrition to guide customers toward their goals while driving sales and meeting performance metrics. Responsibilities include supporting merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention standards and assisting with training, scheduling, and opening/closing duties.
