What You'll Do As our Body Shop Parts Clerk, you'll be the hub of our parts operation by: Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming automotive parts Comparing incoming parts to repair estimates to ensure accuracy Tagging and organizing parts for repair orders Maintaining an organized and efficient parts storage area Tracking and processing vendor returns Delivering parts, paint, and materials to technicians throughout the day Communicating with Body Shop Technician teams to ensure needed parts are available Reporting damaged or incorrect parts immediately Assisting with customer and vehicle pick-up and delivery when needed Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe Your attention to detail directly impacts repair quality, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: Organized and detail-oriented Dependable with a strong work ethic Able to multitask in a busy collision repair environment A team player with a positive attitude Comfortable lifting automotive parts and working in an active shop environment Customer-focused and willing to jump in wherever needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Automotive parts or collision repair experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right individual Valid driver's license with a good driving record required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Excellent communication and organizational skills Why Work at Direct Repair Collision?
