Cell Phone Repair, CPR of Overland Park, is accepting applicants for a Cell Phone Sales Associate / Repair Technician. This is a customer facing position. You must have the ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience. Electronics repair experience is not necessary, but is helpful. We are willing to train the right candidate in repair. • Ability to research repair techniques for new or uncommon devices
• Effectively and professionally handle customer complaints
• Consistently and accurately using the Point-Of-Sale (POS) system to enter, track, and close all client transactions
• Punctuality
• Passion for tech including mobile devices, computers, gaming systems, etc.
• Excellent near field vision
• Excellent fine motor skills
• Attention to detail Preferred Skills-
• Experience in electronics repair and diagnosis is preferred but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Soldering experience is a plus
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Bi-lingual is a plus
• Computer software including o.s. installations, data recovery, virus removal, hard drive migration, especially experience with Apple computers.
