Tri-State Powersports is looking for a motivated, outgoing Powersports Sales Associate to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, like ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, and outdoor recreation, and want an opportunity to earn based on your performance, we'd like to talk to you. We carry popular powersports brands including Polaris and CFMOTO , and we're looking for someone who can provide customers with a great buying experience from the first conversation through delivery. What You'll Do Assist customers with selecting ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, and other powersports equipment Learn our products and confidently explain features, benefits, and differences between models Respond to phone, internet, Facebook, Marketplace, and in-store sales leads Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships with previous customers Discuss available financing, rebates, promotions, warranties, and accessories Prepare quotes and work with management to complete sales Help customers select accessories and upgrades for their machines Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up notes Keep the showroom and sales area organized and presentable Assist with vehicle deliveries and explain basic operation and features to customers Consistently work toward individual and dealership sales goals What We're Looking For Previous automotive, powersports, RV, motorcycle, equipment, or other sales experience is preferred , but we're willing to consider the right person with a strong sales/customer-service background Excellent communication and people skills Self-motivated with a desire to sell and earn Comfortable following up with leads by phone, text, and email Basic computer skills Ability to learn financing programs and manufacturer promotions Knowledge of ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, or powersports is a plus Dependable and professional Valid driver's license Ability to work Saturdays and normal dealership hours The Person We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is competitive, personable, dependable, and comfortable talking to customers . You should be willing to learn the products, follow up consistently, and work for the sale rather than waiting for customers to come to you. Powersports knowledge is helpful, but sales ability, attitude, work ethic, and customer service are just as important .

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
