• n•Ship Team Member First and Second shifts available, First shift 6am•2:30pm, Second shift 1pm•9:30pm About Us BBS Tech is a manufacturer of high-performance fishing line and non-fishing line braids, such as kayak control lines, spear fishing lines, and cords used in the automotive industry, specializing in producing small-diameter braids of high-performance fiber.

Complementing the production of these materials, BBS provides value-added services of secondary processing in the form of end-use configuration, packaging, and logistical material handling. We're a small, growing business passionate about delivering great products and excellent customer service. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Pack and Ship team member to join our team. If you enjoy variety in your day, are highly organized, and like seeing orders go from click to doorstep, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing Processing customer orders and ensuring they're completed correctly and on time. Spooling, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Quality checking products before they leave our workspace. Generating shipping labels, and tracking information. Responding to customer questions about products, orders, and deliveries. Assist with production and warehouse tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Previous experience in packing, shipping, manufacturing and order fulfillment is preferred. Experience with Shopify, Amazon or similar platforms is a bonus. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed. Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Physically able to pack and move orders when required. Reliable and punctual.
