Customer Sales Associate:

Welcome customers and provide professional support during every interaction Assist with customer questions regarding products, services, and promotions Help maintain accurate customer information and account updates Support daily sales efforts by explaining available service options clearly Work closely with leadership and team members to maintain strong customer satisfaction Learn company systems, customer service strategies, and sales processes Follow up with customers to ensure a positive overall experience Maintain a professional attitude in a fast-moving customer environment
